Curriculum and Details

Week 1 - Personal Energy Management - Boundaries for Empaths, Energy Management, and Running Your Energy in a Healthy Way

Week 2 - Warding - Protecting your home and office and setting up systems to keep people from bringing unwanted energies into your home.

Week 3 - Shielding - Setting up protections for your personal energy field - this goes so much further than just a violet flame or mirror shield. And as a practitioner, you need more than that.

Recordings will be provided, so it's not a heart attack if you can't make one or more of the classes, however it's good to be live on the calls so you can ask questions.

There will also be homework each week that you'll want to do each time so you can ask questions if you have them.
